I get it .... living 'in the valley'! I have lived in 3 different valleys! I do NOT like taking medicine for anything! and now ~ sinus pressure, post nasal, ears ringing, dizziness, and the list goes on!! I DO NOT LIKE THIS .. for the most part I am never ever sick! but when it hits ... it's like a 2x4 right upside the head. It's scary when you think you can't breathe ... and don't get me wrong, I love LoVe LOVE everyone's advice .. and I try to do as much as possible. And the over-the-counter anti-hestimines (sp?) are expensive! UUuuUUUuggggHHH!!
