ta- da ... they did it ... yesterday was the First Day ~ Inaugural ~ line of packing citrus!! I must say eating those mandarins (easy peels!!) was like eating candy!!! HooooooOOooooOoRay for all of you!! 

Ramblings ... these are funny!!!

I was out and about ... and saw this ~ leaving town (CA) because of Jerry Brown! oh, sooooooooooo funny!! and then who doesn't love the holiday flavors?? haven't tried the White Chocolate Raspberry ...yet! And duct tape! who thought of making Christmas stockings using duct tape! I do love the dresses made from duct tape ... but this one steals the show! so, these were my ramblings of the day!!

just a glass ....

I enjoying trying new & different wines! Darlin' D is kinda a wine snob and we love him b/c of it!! just a glass for me please!! what about YOU? do you have a favO'rite wine? maybe a favO'rite brand? maybe a favO'rite wine glass? let me know!!

wOwzey Wow WOW!!

I have come to enjoy this flavor ~ Blood Orange!! in vinegar, sorbet, oranges ... OH it is tasty!! go try some!! and with Thanksgiving around the corner ~ and my family coming in ... I'm gettin' excited!! I am the nut amongst us .. and I rather enjoy it! truly, LIFE is good. Count your blessings .. and ponder all that God has done & will do for you and your family. I saw this Cross in Napa Valley and it stopped me! I know there must be a 'name' for this type of Cross ... it's beautiful. Have a great week ~ enjoy and we'll grab coffee soon!!

Veteran's Day .... Thank YOU all

I am proud to be an AF brat! Many of us are!! it's just the way we are ... and the way we were brought up! Such memories ... what a life ~ a different life! And what an honor we all have from all the men and women who have served, are serving and will continue to serve our Nation.  Thank you seems to small ... so many of us pray for you, your family and your safety.


Father God, thank you for the sacrifice of so many for the safety of our country. May we continue to honor our veterans and their service for many years to come, and never let them be forgotten. Amen.”

I miss living by the AF base ... only b/c I often saw the hand of God in the sky (long story!) and I wish I could do something anonymously to bless some soldier TODAY!

And to my dearest dad, Wm. D. Ray ~ you risked your life for our Nation ... you made a difference ... thank you for all those years served.  Thank you for the life I had growing up ~ my dad retired from the USAF a Colonel.  Well done ....

Lorraina .... my sweet friend!

God is so good .. and when He chooses my friends ~ it's FanTaBuLouSLy great! This is Lorraina. I'm her prayer partner. We've know one another since late July. And because the Lord asks us to bring our hearts' desire to Him .. that's what we do ~ and He blesses and answers. So .... without getting into the 'verse/chapter' details ~ my friend is engaged to 'her' man that God has brought her. Isn't her ring precious! Lord, thank You for glory stories, friends, Your perfect Word ....

whew! well, that's done!! My Garden of Eatin' is gone for the winter! What an incredible crop I had!! The best O' best cucumbers and Tamaters!!! KWIM??? well ... so long ~ now I get to play with compost (PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ALL DIRTY JOKES!!) ... I use coffee (starbucks O' course!) and a new friend is gonna give me some cow compost!! yipppppeeeeeKiA I say!!! more later, m
