TIME .. is today's word ~ thought ~ lifestyle even!!

TIME ... in S. Africa I totally learned/lived that TIME equals relationships (it can take a long long long time to say good morning!) and people are way more important than any schedule. Fast Forward is a mode I am comfortable with; heck, I can even work at warp-speed too (only for so long ~ then I crash!) ... however, TIME to do ... telephone my friends to say 'hey' ... to catch the baby birds growing on my front porch ... to slow down and enjoy my food (not just gulp and go!) ... watch and enjoy the sunsets here in Idaho ... my schedule for the day (b/c let's face it, it is important!) ... TIME !!! that's the word!!!

sorting ..... I am sorting through my attic, things I've collected, mementos from 26 years ... childrens items, stuff and stuff and more stuff and more & more stuff. take it from me ..... DOWNSIZING can be a good thing; however, it will also kick your butt!!!

b e a u t i f u l .... after the storm such beauty. I had to make sure all the baby birds were fine, and they are! it rained all night long and powerfully around 3AMish this morning .. I know from personal experience (loooooooong story!) and it's a beautiful day. I so enjoy going to church!! have a great one, m

one of my very favO'rite things to do, after returning from a trip ..... is to go out into my yard (mind you, I've had a slow morning already!) and survey my yard .... and this is the results. My first CUT BOUQUET of the year. I absolutely love it and the smell is as perfume! have a great day. m

Spelling Bee in Washington DC

I absolutely love the fact that ESPN broadcasts this event every year! These kids are NOT your typical athletes; yet they work so hard all year long! It's a huge event and exciting event. The Spelling Bee in Washington DC .... the semi-finals are today and a new champion soon!!! oh and by the way, most of these kiddos wanna be neurosurgeons ... imagine that "team" of doctors breakroom!?!!! have a great day, m

Wow ... what a story! God is good. Doug has accepted a job in CALINFORNIA ... Fresno to be specific. And he's already started!! "Toto, we ain't in Kansas anymore!!" such a whirlwind. Again, God is good. Proverbs 3:6 Please keep us all in your prayers as in this economy this will probably be the most difficult transition of all. And, if you have NOT figured this out yet ......
