Buffalo hot wings opened up in Meridian the week of SuperBowl. It's where this darlin' kidO'mine works and spends almost every waking hour. Let me tell you about the challenge of BLAZIN' WINGS. They give you 12 of the hottest hottest wings ever (hotter than blue blazes!) you may NOT have anything to drink ... they give you tons of napkins! just smelling the wings will make you cry. Well, you have 6 minutes. The best of the best can do it under 4 minutes. This is a nation-wide challenge. So, when you go visit the restuarant, tell Paulie aka Butters (from his DJing 103.3 days) that you say hi ... and take a look at the challenge board! He did this insane challenge in 1 minute and 3 seconds. I kid you NOT!!! he was shaking, turning red, creating turbulence for the intestines!! and I think the score is one of the top 5 in the US of A. Imagine ... grown men competing with such hot chicken wings. Go on ... check it out!! and have a great week.
